We recommend that you send no more than 2,500 messages per account per day.

You can connect multiple devices, we split the sending between number ranges so your customer always receives from the same WhatsApp account

You can edit the content in Taxi Messages by accessing your dashboard. Simply log in, navigate to the relevant section, and update the details as needed. Changes will be saved instantly or after approval, depending on your settings.

If a customer doesn’t have WhatsApp, they won’t be able to use WhatsApp-based features. However the system can be set up to default to SMS messaging
